Ordered some new footwear online for in-store pickup and the service was 11/10 the entire way through. From prompt email updates to lacing the shoes up for me in store so I could try them on and make sure they were everything I’d hoped they’d be (and they were). Johnathan (I think) was beyond friendly and really added that white glove touch to the entire experience. Not to mention the shop is gorgeous.

If there’s one thing Lost & Found gets right, it's their trendy collection of clothes and shoes. But that's where the positives end. The staff's 'too cool for school' attitude leaves much to be desired, bordering on unhelpful and unwelcoming. The highlight of my visit was a staff member promising a refund, only to completely forget his own words two days later. It's a special kind of talent to both assure and then deny a refund in the same breath. Spoiler alert: I walked away with store credit that I'd happily give away. So, if you’re in for just the fashion and don't mind the absence of any real customer service, this might be your place. Otherwise, steer clear!

This is my third purchase from the lovely people of Lost & Found, just can't get enough of these 2 Pleat beams plus pants! Every order was swiftly processed and delivered within 5-7 business days to here in Vancouver :) I would definitely visit the store if I am ever in Toronto.

Purchased online so have no in store experience. The online experience was excellent and follow up emails promptly replied to! Free overnight shipping via UPS locally means I got my item within 36 hours of placing the order. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Shoutout to Jonathan for the great service! Will definitely drop by one day to look around as well!

Johnathon was so helpful! I had broken my foot and could not get to the store. It was very close to my anniversary and I was getting a bag from the store for my husband but was house bound and time restricted. He actually dropped it off to my home and was carefully covert so my husband would not catch on. The bag is awesome too!

Super cool shop with the nicest owner and staff. Justin went out of his way to help us, and quite literally went the extra mile. Even finding us a fabulous restaurant for lunch. Five star plus service!
